If you purchase equipment, materials and/or supplies as part of your project, you must include a detailed list with estimated costs as part of your application. Applicants must use the template provided and upload it into the online application for funding.
Provide sufficient detail: Item, reason for the expense, breakdown of cost (number of pieces and the cost of each) and input the estimated total cost. Ensure you have researched to find the most efficient rate.
Both cash and in-kind expenses should be listed here.
