| Purpose : |
The project will implement the Catalyst Program which aims to reduce reoffending through intensive intervention by utilizing client-centered management, clinical intervention and recreational/life skills programming to address multiple risk factors. The program targets 24-30 youth (two cohorts of 12-15 participants) over 36 months who have a history of and/or are at high risk for criminal activity and are, therefore, more likely to engage in future criminal behaviour.
