The purpose of this project is to implement a Comprehensive Community Safety Initiative (CCSI) across three neighbourhoods within the Cowichan Valley. The CCSI will address crime prevention and community safety by focusing on the creation of a collaborative community development process that will bring citizens, service providers, and decision-makers together to build local capacity and tackle important factors known to place individuals and neighbourhoods at risk. |
