This project aims to follow up on the support offered to the sites retained for the testing of the model. First a provincial coordinator will be hired to offer technical assistance to the local coordinators of the sites where the present approach is being tested. This coordinator shall ensure continuous contact with the Quebec Ministère de la Sécurité publique, as well as with CCS and its associated committees. Some of the partners serving on these committees will develop tools to support this implementation. In order to properly supervise the sites and benefit from the developed tools, it is essential for the coordinator to make the most of the advice offered by these partners. The coordinator shall also compile all required information to ensure a follow-up of the project, and to inform CCS members and MSP/NCPC representatives of the project's progress in the field. |
