This project will promote awareness of the impact of offenders actions on victims among offenders, and evaluate the link between victim impact programs and reintegration efforts. It will also build capacity within federal correctional institutions to run victim impact programs; provide resources for program delivery; evaluate the victim impact program; and increase empathy for victims.
