Brief Description

The Youth Alternative Program (YAP) consists of 3 workshops, aimed towards teaching children and youth aged 7-24 communication, interpersonal, and life skills. The workshops are targeted towards different age groups: Kickstart (7-10), Restart (10-24), and Reset (12-24). Facilitated groups address areas such as mental health, life and social skills, personal empowerment, and relationships using evidence-based curriculums.
