Sophos Vulnerability

Purpose

The purpose of this advisory is to bring attention to a vulnerability in the Sophos  Cyberoam UTM CR25iNG 10.6.3 MR-5 product.

Assessment

This vulnerability allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended access restrictions via direct object reference, as demonstrated by a request for Licenseinformation.jsp.

Suggested Action

CCIRC recommends that system administrators test and deploy the vendor released updates on affected platforms accordingly.
