Security Updates for Mozilla Firefox

Purpose

The purpose of this advisory is to bring attention to a recent Mozilla Firefox security update.

Assessment

On 03 November 2015, Mozilla released security updates to address multiple vulnerabilities in Firefox. The severity of these issues ranges from moderate to critical.

Versions affected:
Firefox versions prior to 42.0

Suggested Action

CCIRC recommends that system administrators test and deploy the vendor-released updates to affected applications accordingly.
