Security Updates Available For Adobe Flash Player

Purpose
The purpose of this advisory is to bring attention to a series of security updates released by Adobe, designed to address vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player.
Assessment
Adobe has released Security Bulletin apsb14-07 to address vulnerabilities that could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.
Affected software versions:
- Adobe Flash Player 12.0.0.44 and earlier versions for Windows and Macintosh
- Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.336 and earlier versions for Linux
- Adobe AIR 4.0.0.1390 and earlier versions for Android
- Adobe AIR 4.0.0.1390 SDK and earlier versions
- Adobe AIR 4.0.0.1390 SDK & Compiler

Suggested action
CCIRC recommends that system administrators test and deploy the vendor-released updates to affected applications accordingly.
