Ms. Nathalie Provost is a mechanical engineer, graduating from Polytechnique Montréal in 1990. Her training was supplemented by graduate studies in Technology Management at that same institution.
Since 2002, Ms. Provost has worked in the Quebec public service, moving from the Curateur public (public curator) to the Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (department of immigration and cultural communities) and the Ministère du Développement durable, de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (department of sustainable development, environment and the fight against climate change).
From 1990 to 2002, she was a management advisor working for diverse organizations.

Wounded during the events at Polytechnique in December 1989 and convinced of the importance to bear witness, she testifies publicly of her journey and shares her thoughts.
Spokesperson for PolySeSouvient, a group involved for gun control, since 2010.
