CCIRC provides the following services to IT professionals and managers of critical infrastructure and other related industries. These services are made available without charge:

• 24/7 coordination and support for incident response efforts
• 24/7 monitoring and analysis of the cyber threat environment ("watch and warning")
• 24/7 information technology security-related technical advice
• National cyber capacity building (standards, best practices, awareness, education)

In addition to its many services, the Centre offers a wide range of security publications, warnings and two week trend graphs.

The Centre posts information products to its website, accessible to its constituents at all times.
