Crime Prevention Action Fund Project Description - Knowledge Dissemination
The Crime Prevention Action Fund (CPAF) will support the dissemination of knowledge and the development of tools and resources related to effective crime practices.
Please see the CPAF Guide to assist you in responding to the following questions
Question 1: Topic
Describe the topic(s), evaluation results and/or research you intend to work with in your project. Provide information on how the transfer of this information is important for effective crime prevention practice and to which crime issue(s), risk factors and high risk populations it is relevant.
Question 2: Target Group
Describe the target group(s) or audience(s) for the knowledge transfer. Include information on why this knowledge is important, why it will be significant to this audience, and how its application will enhance effective crime prevention practice.
Question 3: Activities
Describe the project. Include: what activities will take place, where they will take place, when they will take place and who will be responsible for the various parts of the project. Provide evidence to show why you have chosen the knowledge dissemination activities described and how you know they are appropriate for the given audience(s) and the desired outcomes. Include information on the number of people you intend to reach with the initiative.
Question 4: Concrete Outcomes
Describe what you expect to see in terms of results during the course of your project both in the short and intermediate term. The Application Guide provides a chart to help you determine your results.
Question 5: Partners
Please identify existing and potential partners and how you will involve these other partners in your project.
