Multiple Vulnerabilities in Mozilla Firefox

The purpose of this advisory is to raise awareness of critical vulnerabilities in Mozilla Firefox and Firefox ESR for which upgrades are now available.
On 11 February 2016, Mozilla released security updates to address multiple vulnerabilities in Firefox. The severity of these issues is critical.
Firefox prior to version 44.0.2
Firefox ESR prior to 38.6.1
CVE References: CVE-2016-1948 and CVE-2016-1523.
CCIRC recommends that systems administrators identify affected products in their environment and follow their patch management process accordingly.
