Microsoft Security Bulletin Summary for August 2013 - Update 2

Purpose

Microsoft is reoffering security update 2874216 that was originally provided as part of security bulletin MS13-061. This update resolves a critical vulnerability that could cause the Exchange Server to stop indexing mail on servers. CVE References: CVE-2013-2393, CVE-2013-3776, CVE-2013-3781

Microsoft is also reoffering several security updates (2803821, 2834902, 2834903, 2834904, 2834905, 2803821, 2834902, 2834904, 2803821, and 2803821) that were originally provided as part of security bulletin MS13-057. These updates resolve critical vulnerabilities in Windows Media Runtime that could allow an attacker to gain access to the affected system.
